Questions
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes: a WhatsApp Business number on Meta's Cloud API, with message templates approved in WhatsApp Manager. CappsAI connects to it with your Phone Number ID and access token.
Will it message people who didn't ask?
No. It only messages new leads who gave a phone number, once each, and you can require a WhatsApp consent tick on your form.
Why does Meta say a template doesn't exist?
The template must be approved in the same WhatsApp Business Account as your number, with the same name and language as in CappsAI.
